Conflict Resolution Management The energy and time lost to interpersonal and interdepartmental conflict is a drain on any organization. Directly confronting conflict can actually energize a department when members are aware of their varying conflict management approaches and how they impact the Collaborative Problem Solving process. Participants in Perspectives Conflict Management workshops are given the opportunity to identify their main approaches to conflict and then Perspectives facilitators work with participants to develop practical strategies for managing conflict.
