Rather than a narrow focus on managing benefit expenditures after clients access treatment, Perspectives provides managed behavioral healthcare within the context of the workplace emphasizing an early intervention approach through EAP awareness. We want all clients to be assessed prior to seeing a treatment provider. Pre-certification is conducted through in-person EAP assessments where we screen for issues amenable to EAP short-term counseling which does not require any benefit expenditure. For those cases that do require benefit-covered mental health and chemical dependency treatment, we provide the following services:
