As an international provider of EAPs as well as Work Life and Managed Behavioral Health Care programs, we provide a full range of services--from EAP assessments to worksite services--through both our well-qualified staff and providers from our International EAP Affiliate Network. Additionally, we also provide access to a Preferred Provider Network (PPN). When employees require assistance beyond the scope of EAP short-term counseling, they are referred to providers within the PPN. To ensure the effectiveness and suitability of care, we accept only the best, most qualified providers into our networks. To participate in either the International EAP Affiliate Network or PPN, a provider must have a minimum of a Master's degree in a field related to human services or behavioral health, at least five years post Master's experience, a minimum level of malpractice insurance as well as a currently active state licensure, certification or DEA licensure. Furthermore, for those interested in working with the International EAP Affiliate Network, experience with EAPs is required.
